What we collect, what stays on your own device, and how to make us delete the rest.

The short version: your quote log never leaves your device unless you deliberately send it. Everything else we hold is what you typed into a form so we could reply to you. We don't sell any of it.

The log on our homepage runs entirely in your browser and saves to your device using local storage. We never receive it, cannot read it, and cannot recover it for you. Clearing your browser data deletes it permanently.
The one exception is deliberate: if you complete the comparison form, a text summary of your logged quotes is submitted along with your contact details so we can price the same line items. That's stated on the form itself.
Through our forms: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the procedure you selected, anything you write in a message field, and — only if you use the comparison form — the summary of your quote log.
We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic measurement: pages viewed, approximate location at city or region level, device and browser type, and referral source. Google's own terms govern that data.
Don't send us medical records, diagnoses, test results, insurance policy numbers, Social Security numbers or payment details. We don't ask for them and we don't need them. If you send them anyway, we delete them.
We share your contact details and stated procedure with providers only when you ask us to arrange a consultation or quote, and we tell you who. Beyond that, we use service providers to operate: Google (Analytics and the Apps Script endpoint that receives form submissions), our hosting provider, and WhatsApp for messaging.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to third-party marketing lists.
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to help you, and normally no more than 24 months after our last contact. Ask us to delete sooner and we will.
Email andy@colombiamedical.co to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop hearing from us. We'll action it within a few days and won't ask why. Depending where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we apply the same delete-on-request standard to everyone regardless.
Google Analytics cookies for traffic measurement. No advertising pixels, no retargeting tags. Blocking cookies won't break the quote log — that uses local storage, which is separate and stays on your device either way.
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Material changes get a new date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
